Encryption Task

In my computing class, last week we were set on an Encryption Task, with this, we had to code a program that will encrypt and decrypt the text given by the user

Brief:

To create a program that allows the user to enter text, and have it encrypted and/or decrypted and also the then extract data from the given text

Features:

> Allow the user to enter text

> Encrypt/Decrypt Text

> Display both the plain and cipher text

> Allow for Frequency Analysis on the amount of each characters

Struggles:

I too a long time to figure out how to shift the letters along so that it would loop back to a after it had done z. Because lowercase and uppercase letters have different ascii values, and the fact that my code only worked fully for lowercase only, it took a while to find a solution, this being - as the user types, the text field automatically changes any uppercase value to lowercase, this means that when the user select to encrpyt data. The code will run smoothly.

I also found trying to get the letters frequency quite hard, I had to teach myself hash maps in order to get it to interpret and display the necessary data when prompted
